                              RESOLUTION NO. 21587
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                 SEWER EASEMENT FROM WILLIE R. HINES AND SIBLEY
                 M. HINES, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 99C,
                 MISCELLANEOUS SANITARY SEWERS REQUIREMENTS
                 CONTRACT, TRACT NO. 3, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                 SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($600.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Willie R. Hines and Sibley M.
       Hines, relative to Contract No. 99C, Miscellaneous Sanitary 
Sewers
       Requirements Contract, Tract No. 3, for a consideration of
       $600.00.
